Technical Lead/Senior Programmer Analyst
· Team Lead position for a programming staff specializing in custom application development in Artiva, a proprietary software package used in Collections, Financial and Legal industries. The position includes serving as an administrative and technical intermediary/liaison between the Applications Development Manager, development staff, IT and Business Units.
· System Architect: Ultimately responsible for maintaining uptime of the Artiva Production system, architecture and environment.
