• Managed and organized the irrigation design department by use of PMBOK® guiding principles and Microsoft Project 2007, standardized the irrigation system designs made by the organization and development of an installation manual.
• Developed a scheme that transfers the codes and description of the equipment list from the irrigation designing software into the accounting software allowing automatic and more precise estimations of the project budget which saved workers’ time by 85%
