* Lead cross functional Operations team, comprised of Hardware, Test & SW Engineering, Product Marketing to support NPI sample requirements. Manage internal and external customer sample demand requirements, coordinate allocation scenarios and drive escalation when necessary.
* Co-Chair of Quarterly Business Review with customers in Korea, China and Taiwan regions. Onsite meetings reviewed program updates, supply demand plans, upcoming product change and product roadmap reviews.
