PROFILE
I earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Civil Engineering (MCE) with a concentration on structures at the University of South Florida (USF). Currently, I work for PTAC Consulting Engineers in which I serve as a structural design engineer. My main responsibilities consist of designing diverse types of precast projects while adhering to the codes (ACI, ASCE, IBC, etc.). I have experience at every step of the projects such as performing lateral analysis (wind and seismic), foundation connections, member to member connections, and design of the most common precast members (columns, IT beams, R-beams, double tees, flat slabs, spandrels, wall panels, stairs, light walls, and shear walls). In addition, I’m a goal oriented engineer who is always searching for better and more efficient ways of achieving a final product.
