Successfully providing Nuclear Recruiter/Human Resources Management support for a staff of 400+. As the Nuclear Recruiter I am responsible for staffing and recruiting of all professional staffing needs i.e. Engineers (all disciplines), Project and Program Managers, Planners/Schedulers, Field Engineers (all disciplines), Engineering Techs (all disciplines), Site Managers, Administrative Support, Health & Safety Techs, Accounting, Procedure/Technical Writers, and High Volume staffing for Outage Support. As Human Resources Manager, I manage all employee concern investigations, compensation and salary planning, transition planning, FMLA Compliance, Employee Concerns and Investigations, Management support, I9 compliance for 30 years within the Nuclear Industry. Experienced in providing quality customer service to the public including candidates, staff, supervisors, managers, directors and Executive VP's within the Nuclear Industry. Adept at analyzing problems and developing strategies to eliminate them, excellent knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP Talent Management, Nantel, multiple staffing and on-boarding applications such as Manager Express , EPeople, CPAP and HRIS databases, very much a quick-study and highly motivated.

Experience and Background:
Nuclear Recruiter/Human Resources Manager/Unescorted Access In-Processing/Nantel Administrator and Proctor, i work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine best recruiting practices. Serve as a consultant (point of contact) to management and employees on HR related issues. Participates in benefits administration to include answering general benefits questions, directing callers to benefits specialists, offering clients access to correct paperwork, following up as with benefits specialists to assist in resolving client issues. Participate in open enrollment process. Transactional processing including but not limited to: Increases, Promotions, Bonuses, Project Uplifts, Bonus processing, project compensation analysis, collect and analyze general HR data, assist in conducting salary surveys, assist in the budgeting process by providing necessary information and reports, research and resolve payroll inquiries and/or issues. Researches and resolves payroll inquiries and/or issues. Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. Collects, analyzes and updates HR data. Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation. Ensure compliance with legal issues. Handle unemployment claim request questions with projects sites. Process employee termination...
