Experience in FMEA, (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) PPAP, (Production Part Approval Process) Control Plan, Process flow charts and Fish Bone.
Met deadlines of needing corrective action for incorrect assemblies within 24hrs for Initial Response and 8D required within 5days for Final Response.
Coordinated Quality Walks for problem solving root cause analysis, such as: Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5 whys and 8D's in resolving incorrect assemblies.
Excellent problem solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
Responsible for Training all Quality Auditors of work instructions at each work station to ensure assemblies meet criteria's.
Ability to read and understand blue prints for assembly parts as well as using measuring tools such as: Caliper, Micrometer, Torque compression checks and ETC to ensure Parts were within Quality Spec.
