- Recovered approximately $3M in past due material shipments over a 10 month period while working directly with suppliers to improve their processes while at Cummins Inc.
- Identified approximate annual savings of $85K using Six Sigma analysis for process improvement and scrap reduction of the main GM muffler line at EMCON Technologies
- Prepared all the Quality Documentation over the course of 3 months for over 100 OEM and 300 service parts that were in- sourced upon the unexpected dissolution of a major supplier
- Oversaw all the Quality Process Requirements for the transfer of the Mercedes MClass and Rclass production lines from Spartanburg, SC to Dexter, MO
