Director of Field Services / Sr. Network Engineer: Work with staff to develop training outlines and presentations to the end-user/customer. Perform field-service design, installation, training, and support to our customer base. Provided Leadership for the Field Services department as well as perform the duties of pre and post-sales technical support. Assist the company between customer relations and the staff of Mission Mobility in regards to the technical aspects of the products delivered, conduct service meetings and well as participate in upper level management meetings. Also, oversee and follow thru with the Mission Mobility product from the Demo, to install, till the end-of-life on the contract. Work entailed CONUS and OCONUS sites within performance of duties.

Sr. Network Engineer: Work with clients to develop a solution based mobile communications network for use within their existing enterprise network. Components include, but not limited to, Routers, Bridges (Wire and Wireless), Switches, Firewalls, INE’s and Multi-Purpose chassis systems. Assist in pre-sales support of networking systems, design, instalation, and training. Assited in the development and advancement of the first mobile IP communications systems out of JFCOM.
