•Weapons Integration IPT Acting Technical Lead.
•Technical Lead for the integration of the Small Diameter Bomb Increment-I (SDB-I) and the BLU-109, MK-83, and MK-84 Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) weapons on the F-35 CTOL, STOVL, and CV aircrafts.
•Planned, implemented, and supported development and verification of customer requirements via Requirements Development (MIL-STD-1760), mission planning, software development, lab integration, and flight test.
•Primary liaison for LM IPT’s, The Boeing Company (weapons supplier), F-35 SDB-I Program Office, F-35 JDAM Program Office , SDB-I Program Office, and JDAM Program Office.
•F-35 Weapons Integration voice of the customer at Joint Interface Control Working Groups, Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Management Reviews, Joint Store Certification Working Groups, and Test and Integration Working Groups.
•Weapon Integration focal in the successful execution of the first ever GPS weapon delivery off an F-35 platform.
•Established and managed multi-million dollar subcontract for the SDB-I and JDAM weapons with The Boeing Company with emphasis on development of Statement of Work, Integrated Master Plan, and Integrated Master Schedule. Reviewed Basis of Estimates, supported BOE negotiations, and managed billable milestones and deliverables.
oIdentified and fact fined cost savings of 8% on one JDAM contract and 15% and 17% on two separate SDB-I contracts.
•Primary custodial for the JDAM and SDB-I flight test and simulation lab test assets.
•Supported the Delta SDD (Foreign Military Sales) and F-35 Improvements and Derivatives IPT through direct technical support of the UK SPEAR-3, US SDB-II, UK Meteor, and Turkish HGK weapon system programs.
