Responsible for developing packaging automation projects to transform site to lowest direct labor hours/ unit in Avon worldwide, leading global new product introductions and coordinating first production trials internationally.

• Delivered new processing operation for flammables, on time and within budget to bring in house 20MM units annually from Contract manufacturer. Scope included XP rated product chillers, press filtration, transfer system, bulk storage vessels and XP rated controls.
• Developed and executed Planned Maintenance program, developing SOP’s for operation and maintenance, also cleaning SOP’s for all production equipment in department.
