Project Management support for the implementation of ergonomic, health and safety interventions
 Responsible for ergonomic, health and safety hazard abatement and mishap prevention project validation, planning, execution, implementation and follow-up in an effort to support ‘One Navy’
 Managed up to 25 occupational safety and health projects annually, sites were located world-wide but primarily in the western United States
o Projects ranged from simple, introduce new equipment, to complex; engineering support from concept through design, proto-type, and final product testing and sign-off
 Assisted with the administration of a $2,000,000 annual budget
 Negotiated alternative loss control action plans with management, health care professional, and supervisors
 Monitored long term occupational exposures
 Interpreted, documented and ensured compliance to federal, state and site specific regulations and standards within the scope of each project
