• UCLA-OHRP Santa Monica Hospital: Supervising grading, shoring and installation of tie backs and conducting tests.
• UCLA-Life Sciences Replacement Terasaki Building: Design & installation of 450 Cast-In-Drilled Hole (CIDH) piles and its foundation design requirements, grading recommendations, reports etc.
• UCLA-SCSC Project-Supervising grading, shoring, building inspection, rebar, concrete, pressure testing fire lane, water quality tests.
• Huntington Memorial Hospital, Pasadena CA: Lead Soils Inspector for Grading, Piles, Tiebacks, Soil Nails, Shoring and Foundations.

Edison Projects:

• Drilled Pile Inspection & Logging of drilled holes at TRTP project for Segment 4-11.
• Geo technical investigations and reports:
• Dry creek wind at Lancaster, CA, Antelope Valley substation (220kV & 500kV) & River Way substation (66kV): Field
• Exploration/investigation to collect undisturbed environmental and geotechnical soil samples and chain of custody. Handled complex assignments by prioritizing heavy workloads to achieve goals and deadlines. Developed & executed business plans effectively to overcome obstacles.
• Conducted field survey for the sag caused by 500kV high voltage power lines from 1Omiles east of Indio to Palm Springs (12Omile).
• 20+ other similar projects conducted in the vicinity of Palmdale, Lancaster, and Visalia for preliminary investigation, survey, sampling, and subsequent geotechnical report preparation.

OTHER GEOTECHNICAL PROJECTS AND REPORTS

• Crystal Cove Project at Laguna Beach, CA: Supervising the installation of around 2000 micro piles with varying diameters of 24”-36” and depths of 30-50 feet in two separate locations of the project as a part of land stabilization techniques.

• Santa Barbara Airport: Soil Exploration, Geotechnical Report and Design recommendations for the Design of Piles (Driven and CIDH) for the Goleta Airport.

• Embassy Suites (Glendale): Supervision of the drilling and installation of 112 shoring beams up to 80 feet deep and 350 tiebacks with varying depths of 60-95 feet at an angle ranging from 15-25 degrees and subsequent structural backfill operations and its reports.

• Drilled pile installation and tie-backs testing for Wilshire-Vermont, Caltech, 1.65mg reservoir at BH & Pomona Senior living

• Carnival Cruise Terminal next to Queen Mary (Long Beach) for Pier and Bridge: Installation of 2300 plumb-and-batter pre-cast concrete octagonal piles for parking structure. Installation of 288 octagonal pre-cast concrete piles (165 feet in the ocean) from a floating barge, 8 hollow steel batter and shaft piles for various off shore structures (such as Vehicular Traffic Bridge, Pier, Mooring and Breasting Dolphins), along with the installation of 8CIDH piles for bus and walkway canopy.
