Stationed on client site in an operational environment interfacing with the customer on a daily basis. Performed several audits with varying scopes from hardware racks to shipments in order to ensure standards of quality and correctness were met. Ensured company-established processes were followed and verified that corrective actions were taken to rectify process deviations and/or violations. Responsible for ensuring that software deployed for the satellite is deployed to each node and matching the specified software baseline.
Accomplishments:
• Outstanding Performance Award for delivering a complete and thorough presentation to senior management and NASA Mission Assurance on metrics for the NOAA Satellite Operational Facility’s (NSOF) Data Center, resulting in improved response time to anomalies in the Data Center.
