• Directed 755 critical facility sites to include Optical Head Ends, Master Head Ends, Hubs, Tower Sites, Network Operation Centers, call centers and technical support facilities.
• Planned, prepared and managed a yearly budget of $26 million which included adding and or upgrading HVAC, GENSET, AC/DC plant, TSV, TVSS, facility environmental monitoring, brick and mortar build outs and lease agreements to ensure 100% network stability.

Senior Manager of Network Operations Central Division 2007 – 2010
• Responsible for building a team of 15 high level network engineers for the new Network Operations Center that was opened in Jacksonville, Florida
• Daily operations consisted of Comcast network upgrades, break fix, patch releases and phone support on a network supporting 5 million subscribers
• Managed the Comcast network topology via an on call rotation to ensure 9999 up time on high speed data, video and telephony
• Familiar with Arris C4, Cisco 10K, Cisco uBR, Cisco 7609, Cisco 7550 switches, Juniper, Motorola, Arris
• Responsible for Comcast’s Triple Play Network break/fix (Video, Voice and Data)

Senior Engineer Sarasota/Naples, FL 2000 – 2007
• Responsible for upgrading the Comcast Next GEN network from @HOME to the new CRAN (Converged Regional Area Network) for all of SW Florida which included Naples and Sarasota. Naples was the first in Central Division to go live and to offer Comcast Triple Play (Video, Voice and Data)
• Built out the new NEXT GEN CMTS (Cisco 10K, Arris C4, Cisco uBR, Safari VOIP, QOS) throughout Southwest Florida to include all NCP’s (Node Combining Plan). This included rack and stack of Cisco 7600 routers configurations/load balancers/cabling (RF, Fiber)
• Optimized transmit and receive levels in Head Ends, OTN’s, Hub’s
• Responsible for NCP (Node Combining Plan) for each of the 32 network facilities
• Break fix and capacity augmentation

Lead Video/Data Maintenance Tech Sarasota, FL 1996 – 2000
• Responsible for troubleshooting customer premises (MDU’s, commercial, single home) data and video services to include RF levels (forward and return in nodes, line extenders and amplifiers)
