• Took ownership of Scientific Games’ domestic Exchange 2010 environment while still maintaining WMS’ Exchange 2010 environment

• Audited Scientific Games’ domestic CommVault 9.0 environment, made recommendations, and implemented those recommendations that improved backup success rates, backup times, and recovery times
