· Manage multiple contractors to acquire land right-of-way suitable for above ground temporary waterline installation well in advance of completions activities.
· Define permanent water infrastructure needs in the various fields within Statoil’s Marcellus acreage and work with the facilities and midstream groups to develop the needed infrastructure.
MANAGEMENT
· Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibility between contractors to effectively identify problems and implement creative solutions to maximize on time delivery of freshwater, while reducing cost.
· Effectively support multiple projects with tight deadlines while still recognizing the overall goals of company water management.

· Plan and execute the logistics for freshwater withdrawal, storage, and delivery to well pads for use in hydraulic fracturing operations.
· Developed, as part of a team, a permanent water infrastructure system to provide freshwater and recycle produced and flow back water in Statoil’s Monroe County, Ohio Field.
