Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
• Manages $27M budget and 280 person workforce consisting of engineers, program managers and skilled craftsmen charged with maintenance, repair, construction and service requests on 1.3K facilities valued at $3.5B.
• Directs organization’s key enablers; customer service, planning, logistics and operations. Oversees annually; $1M in emergency buys, $9M in service contracts, and $17M in infrastructure recapitalization.
