• Supervise the provision of direct support for Department of Defense (DoD) owned network providing 3000+ end users with network infrastructure access through 300+ core, distribution and access layer devices on multiple enclaves.
• Provide network status/outage reporting in daily status meetings and bi-monthly metric meetings in order to ensure that supervisors have a clear and up to date picture of network health.
• Supervise team member daily hours, task logs, work load and work flow to ensure efficiency of employees and proper load balancing of tasks.
