Contributed in the design of a modular assembly system for medical devices:
• Debugged new machines by identifying mechanical issues and troubleshooting new PLC programs
• Programmed a splice detection function on a web converting machine using an Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC
• Created spare parts and operation manuals for new machines
• Created and performed various installation qualification documents
• Held training sessions on various parts of the machine for operators and machine techs
• Designed a test fixture for automated stripping and splaying of a wire utilizing pneumatic actuators
• Created a program in Epson RC+ for testing a wire pick and place end effector for use with an Epson 6 axis robot
